About Blickel

Blickel is a community of knowledge and an open learning management system anyone can use. Developed by teachers, Blickel can diagnose the gaps in learners' knowledge, break up learning into small pieces, and measure their growth. Creators can make programs, courses, units, and lessons. The lessons can include audio, video, text, and images. Creators can make a variety of question types including fill in the blank, open ended, multiple choice, true/false, and more types are being developed. Once a question is created, it can be reused in multiple lessons, or in a diagnostic and post test. This enables you to track the progress of your students and measure the effectiveness of each lesson, making the necessary adjustments as needed.

Who is Blickel?

The Blickel development team includes teachers, students, and interns. We are all focused on the mission of creating the best educational tool that we possibly can. We are open to feedback and ideas.

Gregory Carlson CEO

Gregory Carlson is our Chief Executive Officer. He was a high school math teacher for two years in New Mexico, and has been an adjunct math instructor at Pueblo Community College for four years. Gregory is a Professionally Registered Parliamentarian and enjoys classical guitar, idle games, and chess. Gregory's first word was Blickel.

Christopher Maul CBO

Christopher Maul is our Chief Brand Officer. Chris believes that we should leave things better than how we found them and he strives for this everyday in his work and home life. Chris has a passion for cars and enjoys boxing and spending time with his family.
