What Cookies do we store and how do we use them?

We use cookies to track individuals using the website. We use this information to load content that is specific for your account, and to give you analytics based on your Communities and on the content that you have completed. We also have some analytics that we track so that we can understand how people use the website. All of our cookie data and individual use data stays within Blickel and is not sold to other parties. How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, simply click the " Forgot My Password " button on the login.

What does Public, Private, Protected Hidden, and Protected Visible mean?

All of the content on Blickel is classified as either Public, Private, Protected Hidden, or Protected Visible.

Public content is searchable and open for enrollment to everybody in the Blickel Universe.

Private content is just that, private. Only top level executives and the account that created the content will have access to it.

Protected Hidden content is not searchable and only users who have been invited into the content can access it.

Protected Visible content is searchable by all users who can then request access. Users will need to be approved in order to access the content.

Why can I not access content that used to be available to me?

When content suddenly becomes unavailable or you can no longer find it, the creator of the content may have changed the access level to Private or Protected Hidden. You will need to contact the community that created the content to find out why they changed the access level.

How do I change which community I am currently in?

The community that you are currently working in is displayed in the top right corner on each page. In order to change which community you are currently working in, first you need to navigate to the dashboard page. Next, click on the dropdown under the label " Your current community is " and select the community that you would like to switch to. Your current community will automatically update.
